With over 30 years of experience in corporate hospitality, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge across hotel operations, retail travel, sales, events management, and MICE.
Her MICE journey began 20 years ago at Safe2Travel, where she managed high-level ministerial mission trips across the APAC region and coordinated offsite military leisure programs for the Singapore Armed Forces in Australia and New Zealand. Working on multiple government projects under high-pressure, detail-intensive conditions honed her ability to stay composed, precise, and people-focused. It was in this environment that Theresa discovered her passion for complex, high-touch programs—building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.
Theresa has since orchestrated over 1,000 events globally, gaining invaluable product knowledge and crafting exceptional experiences tailored to each client’s needs.
